Looking Downtown From Chrysler Building

View the complete architectural catalog here.

Through my photographs of New York's architecture and landmarks I attempt to  invoke the city’s lively commercial and artistic life, both past and present. Architectural trends and the lifestyles that accompanied them can be traced through structures like the 1846 Gothic style Trinity Church, the Beaux-Arts-design of Grand Central Terminal--the world’s largest train station when it opened in 1913—or the quintessential example of Art-Deco, the Chrysler Building (1930). Aerial shots illuminate the variety and grandeur of the current skyline.
